ABOUT ME

Hey Gentleman,

My name is Drake! When I got saved in January 2020 I had no idea how to date as a Christian man or even where to begin - but I knew I desired marriage. I had A LOT to learn, but considering who we marry (aside from saying yes to Jesus) is arguably the most important decision we make, I knew it’d be worth it!

Hindered initially by old habits, ideas, and perspectives - there was a lot of foundational work that needed to be done. After some time and concerted effort - I began to feel secure in who God had created me to be and felt confident enough to date. I was perplexed, discouraged and angry in the beginning - but with a lot of prayer, help from my community, and guidance from the Holy Spirit, I started to have success.

After a few months of dating intentionally, I met my future (and now current) wife Hannah! Finding her, pursuing her and committing to her was the most exhilarating experience of my life and I learned so much along the way. Now, having been married for nearly 2 years - I look back at the “dating season” of my life and remember how stuck I felt. God put it on my heart to share my experience with others and thus, MFM was born!

I’m passionate about helping Christian men, who feel Called to marriage, find Clarity and Confidence in today’s dating landscape.
